The designer took as a base the retro-form of armchair which was popular before and created new merry element of interior for Italian furniture house Cappellini. Colorful bright swivel armchair seems like just appeared from the cartoon about the amusing mouse.

Making the connection between fashion and design, the Rive Droite armchair seamlessly fuses a pure, modern shape with the graphic pattern of Mickey’s overlapping silhouette. The bold, daring palette illustrates both Walt Disney Signature and Cappellini’s fearless approach to color.

The form of armchair is imported from 60s and 70s but the realization allows this armchair to feel comfortable among the modern elements of furniture. The frame and legs of armchair is made of stainless steel. The main form is made of foamed polyurethane and upholstered with colorful atlas. The armchair is produced in limited edition of 99 numbered pieces.
